ArtStars Agency (“ArtStars,” “we,” “us”) is a public relations agency operated by Artstars Agency LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through artstars.agency and our booking and payment tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form, by email, or through our scheduling tool (Calendly).
- Project information: details about your brand, business, or work that you share so we can evaluate or deliver PR services.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the name and email associated with it.
- Website data: this site is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic), which may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies for security, analytics, and site operation. See Automattic’s privacy policy for details.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
- To provide, invoice, and manage the services you engage us for.
- To keep business records as required for accounting and tax purposes.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named here (WordPress.com/Automattic, Calendly, Stripe, and our email provider) and only as needed to run the business.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by WordPress.com for functionality and anonymous usage statistics. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may then work less well.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing work@artstars.agency. We will respond within a reasonable time. Business records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices) cannot be deleted on request.
