These terms govern your use of artstars.agency and, unless a signed written agreement says otherwise, your purchase of services from ArtStars Agency, operated by Artstars Agency LLC (“ArtStars,” “we,” “us”).
Services
ArtStars provides public relations services, including arranging paid features and interviews in third-party publications. The specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are those stated in your invoice, payment link, or signed agreement.
Payment
Full payment up front is required before work begins. Fees are non-refundable once work has started. Payments are processed by Stripe.
No guarantee of coverage or results
Publications are independent third parties. We do not control their editorial decisions and we do not guarantee coverage, a particular outlet, a publish date, or any effect on your sales, revenue, reputation, or career. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar results for you.
Publication lifespan and changes
No publication lifespan is guaranteed. A publication may edit, re-headline, label (including adding an editorial or sponsored content disclosure), paywall, move, or remove a published piece at any time without notice, and that is not a breach of these terms. Any replacement remedy offered by ArtStars applies only within the first 12 months after publication. After 12 months there is no remedy, replacement, or refund.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, and materials you provide, and for having the rights to use them. You may not represent any article arranged through ArtStars as written by Nadja Sayej or by ArtStars Agency unless we have agreed to that in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date above, is the current one.
